Why print a calendar at all?
A paper calendar is visible without being unlocked. It sits where the whole household, class or team can see it, takes handwriting from anyone walking past, and never buries an entry behind a notification.
It is also the cheapest planner there is: a sheet of paper, a printer, and a marker. Laminate the page and the same month works all year as a dry-erase board.

Yes. Every calendar PDF on this site is free to download and free to print. There is no charge, no trial and no paid tier — the ads in the margins pay for the hosting so the files never have to.
Do I need an account or an email address?
No. Pressing the download button saves the PDF straight to your device. There is no sign-up form, no newsletter and no email wall anywhere on the site.
What paper size do the calendars print on?
US Letter, 8.5 by 11 inches. They print on A4 too: choose Fit to page in the print dialog and the grid scales down about 6% with the margins evened out.
Which years can I download?
Every month of 2026 is on the site right now, as single-month pages and as twelve-page full-year packs. New years are added as they are drawn.
Can I print more than one copy?
Yes, as many as you like. Print, photocopy and hand out copies at home, in an office or in a classroom. The one thing the license rules out is selling the files or the printouts.
Do the calendars mark holidays?
No. Every calendar here shows dates only, with no holidays or observances printed, because those differ by country, state and district. That also leaves the day squares completely clear to write in.
Can I edit the PDF before printing?
The files are flat PDFs, so the text is not editable. They are built to be written on after printing, which is why the day squares are as large as they are.
Is there a watermark on the printed page?
No watermark, and nothing across the grid. The only extra mark is one small line of site credit at the very foot of the page.
