Are the printable calendars really free?
Yes. Every calendar PDF on this site is free to download and free to print, with no charge, no trial and no paid tier. Ads in the margins of the site cover the hosting, which is why the files never have to.
Do I need to create an account or give an email address?
No. There is no sign-up form, no newsletter and no email wall anywhere on the site. Pressing the download button saves the PDF straight to your device.
What paper size do the calendars print on?
US Letter, 8.5 by 11 inches. They work on A4 as well — choose Fit to page in the print dialog and the grid scales down by about 6% with the margins evened out.
Will there be a watermark on my printout?
No. Nothing is stamped across the grid. The only extra mark is one small line of site credit at the very foot of the page, which is how the next person finds the site.
Which years and months can I download?
Every month of 2026 is available now, both as single-page months and as twelve-page full-year packs. More years are added as they are drawn.
How many copies am I allowed to print?
As many as you need. Print, photocopy and hand out copies at home, in a school, in an office or on a shop floor. The only thing ruled out is selling the files or the printed copies.
Can I use these calendars commercially?
You can use them inside a business — a staff rota on the wall, a job sheet in a workshop, a planner on a desk — at no cost. What you cannot do is sell them, or sell printouts of them. The full wording is on the terms and license page.
Do the calendars show holidays?
No. Every calendar prints dates only, because holidays and observances differ by country, state and district, and a wrong one is worse than none. It also leaves every day square completely clear to write in.
Do they show week numbers?
Not on the page. The week numbers for any month are listed on that month’s page on this site, so you can look them up without them cluttering the printout.
Does the week start on Sunday or Monday?
Sunday, on every calendar currently on the site. Monday-start versions are a common request and are on the list — ask if you need one and it moves up.
Can I edit the PDF before printing?
The files are flat PDFs, so the text is not editable in a normal PDF reader. They are made to be written on after printing, which is why the day squares are as large as they are.
Can I print two months on one sheet?
Yes. Choose 2 pages per sheet in the print dialog. The date numbers stay readable down to about half size, which makes a neat two-month desk strip or a student planner page.
How do I print one month out of a full-year pack?
Enter that month’s number in the print dialog’s page range. The packs run in order, so January is page 1 and December is page 12.
Why is my calendar printing sideways or cut off?
Two settings cause almost all of it. Set the orientation to match the file — most styles here are landscape, Botanical Line is portrait — and set the scale to 100% or Fit to printable area. The printing guide has the rest.
Can I print these from a phone, iPad or Chromebook?
Yes. Download the file first, then open it in Files, Books or your downloads folder and print from there. Printing straight from a browser tab sometimes re-renders the PDF at the wrong scale.
What can I make with them besides a wall calendar?
People use them as desk planners, chore charts, shift rotas, homework logs, habit trackers, medication schedules, study timetables, workshop job sheets, holiday countdowns and birthday lists. Laminated, any month becomes a reusable dry-erase board.
Can I ask for a style that is not here?
Yes, and specific requests are the most useful kind. Monday-start weeks, school-year calendars running August to July, wider notes columns, two-page month spreads — send it to help@easycalendarprints.com.
Can I share the calendars with other people?
Share the link to a calendar’s page as widely as you like. What is not allowed is re-uploading the PDF files themselves to another site, file locker, marketplace or app.
