About
Free calendars, drawn one grid at a time
Easy Calendar Prints is a free library of printable calendar PDFs. There are 56 files here, in 5 styles, covering every month of 2026 plus full-year packs — and every one downloads free, with no account, no email address and no watermark.
Why they are free
A printable calendar is something people need once, quickly, usually the week before a new month starts. Putting a sign-up form in front of that is unkind, and putting a watermark across it is worse. The ads in the margins of this site cover the hosting, which means the files themselves never have to.
Who they are for
Anyone who wants a month on paper. The same grid ends up on fridges and kitchen walls, on desks, in workshops, taped inside cupboard doors, on classroom walls, in staff rooms, in planners and folders. Some people print one month at a time; some print the whole year and pin up six sheets.
How they are made
Each style is drawn as a vector PDF in code, not exported from a template with the colors swapped. That is why the hairlines stay crisp when you enlarge a page to 11 by 17, and why a single month is a few dozen kilobytes instead of a few megabytes. It also means a new year is a re-run rather than a redraw, so the dates are generated from the calendar itself and cannot drift.
What the site deliberately does not do
- No email capture, ever — not for downloads, not for updates.
- No watermarks, and no “free version” with a paid one behind it.
- No holidays printed on the grid, because a wrong holiday is worse than none.
- No tracking scripts of its own. See the privacy notice.
Asking for a style
Requests are welcome, especially for the things that are hard to find: Monday-start weeks, school-year calendars that run August to July, wider notes columns, two-page month spreads. Write to help@easycalendarprints.com.
Using the files
Print them, photocopy them, hand them out, laminate them. The one thing off the table is selling them. The full wording is on the terms and license page.
