Plain version: print as many copies as you like, anywhere you like, including at work. Do not sell the files, sell printouts of them, or repost the files somewhere else.

What you may do

• Download any file on this site at no cost, as many times as you want.
• Print it as many times as you need, at home, at school, at work or at a print shop.
• Photocopy the printouts and hand them out to a class, a team, a household or a customer.
• Write on, laminate, cut up, enlarge and reduce the printed pages.
• Use them inside a business at no charge — rotas, job sheets, planners, wall charts.
• Link to any page on this site, including linking straight to a PDF.

What you may not do

• Sell the PDF files, or sell printed copies of them.
• Upload the files to another download site, file locker, marketplace, print-on-demand service or app, including free ones.
• Present the designs as your own work, or bundle them into a product you distribute.
• Strip the small site credit printed at the foot of each page.

About the dates

Calendars on this site are generated from the standard Gregorian calendar and checked against it. They deliberately mark no holidays or observances, because those differ by country, state and district. If a date matters for something official, confirm it against your own school, workplace or government calendar before relying on a printout.

No warranty

The files are provided as they are, without any warranty. Easy Calendar Prints is not liable for losses arising from using them, including printing costs.

This site shows ads supplied by third-party networks. Those ads are not endorsements, and the products in them have nothing to do with this site. How the ads use cookies is covered in the privacy notice.

Changes

These terms can change; the date at the top says when they last did. Anything you have already downloaded stays covered by the terms as they were when you downloaded it.
